1. Rental Agreement

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern all rentals from Party King Rental Company LLC, operating as Party King Rentals. By booking equipment, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Delivery and Setup

Party King Rentals will deliver, set up, and take down all rental equipment. The customer is responsible for making sure the delivery location is accessible, clear of obstacles, and free of pet waste, sharp objects, and underground utility lines. If we cannot safely set up in your requested location, we will work with you on an alternative or a rescheduling of the rental.

3. Weather Policy

Safety is our top priority. Inflatables cannot be operated in sustained winds over 15 to 20 mph or during thunderstorms. If dangerous weather is forecast, we may reschedule your rental at no additional cost, offer a rain date, or issue a credit at our discretion. Light rain does not typically require cancellation.

Once equipment has been delivered and set up, the rental fee is generally non refundable regardless of weather.

4. Deposits and Payment

A deposit may be required to hold your date. The remaining balance is due on or before the day of delivery unless other arrangements have been made in writing. We accept cash and major credit or debit cards.

5. Cancellations

Cancellations made more than 7 days in advance are eligible for a full refund of any deposit. Cancellations made within 7 days may forfeit the deposit. Weather related reschedules are handled per the Weather Policy above.

6. Damage and Loss

The customer is responsible for reasonable care of the rental equipment during the rental period. Normal wear and tear is expected. The customer is financially responsible for damage caused by misuse, neglect, or failure to follow the safety rules provided at delivery, up to the full replacement value of the equipment.

7. Safety Rules for Inflatables

All inflatable users must follow these rules:

Adult supervision is required at all times
No shoes, glasses, sharp objects, food, drinks, gum, or silly string inside the unit
Users must be grouped by similar size and age
No flips, roughhousing, or climbing on the walls or netting
Maximum occupancy and weight limits provided at setup must be followed
Do not use the inflatable during high winds or thunderstorms
Do not move, deflate, or unplug the blower without contacting Party King Rentals

8. Liability Waiver

The customer assumes all risk associated with the use of rented equipment. Party King Rentals is not liable for injuries or damages resulting from misuse, failure to supervise, or failure to follow the safety rules. Use of our equipment is at your own risk.

9. Indemnification

The customer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Party King Rentals, its owners, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from the use of the rental equipment.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of West Virginia. Any disputes will be resolved in the appropriate courts of Berkeley County, WV.
